The ActiveCampaign Email Engine Skill

My 52 Week Nurture Sequence, Built For You

Every teacher on your list cost you money. Most never hear from you again. You know you should be emailing. No time, and you're done guessing what to say.

It takes your WordPress or Kajabi blog and builds your nurture sequence in ActiveCampaign, filled with promotional, freebie, educational and storytelling emails, and more, in one chat. You're the guide. The teachers you sell to are the hero.

GET THE ACTIVECAMPAIGN EMAIL ENGINE FOR $147

One payment of $147. Includes my 52 Week Nurture System course.

Emails go out from Kajabi, not ActiveCampaign? You want The Kajabi Email Engine Skill, same price.

Before: an inbox where the free lesson email is the last one from the seller, then a month of other mail. After: the same inbox with an email from Pine Hollow Math the week after the sign-up and every Monday, and a lesson email on a phone with the seller's logo and one button. Claude writes every email from the real pages and posts

After: the same inbox with an email from Pine Hollow Math the week after the sign-up and every Monday, and a lesson email on a phone with the seller's logo and one button. Claude writes every email from the real pages and posts

A teacher signs up. Then nothing. 😩

You paid for that sign-up: the freebie, the page, the ad. The lesson arrives, and that is the last they hear from you. A month later the teacher who liked your lesson has forgotten your name, your list is a number on a dashboard, and the membership they would have joined never came up. Writing a sequence by hand takes a week of evenings, so it stays on the to-do list.

Doing nothing

A list that never hears from you.

  • One email, the freebie, and then silence
  • No join ask in the week they are warmest
  • Every new post you publish reaches nobody who signed up last month
  • A new member keeps getting freebie emails, or no welcome at all

With the skill 👉

A week of emails, then one every Monday, then the welcome.

  • Week one: the lesson they asked for, a few more, and the invitation to join, each one short and useful
  • From then on, one blog post every Monday for a year, each email made of its post, with the join ask where it belongs
  • The welcome the moment your cart adds its member tag, and their lesson emails stop on their own
  • Every lesson link pulled from your own pages and posts, WordPress or Kajabi, every email in your voice, both automations off until you switch them on

I call the freebie sequence by far the most important automation in the business. It is how the membership talks to the teachers who are not members yet, every day at first and every week after that, until they join.

Answer a few questions. Say yes to the words. Switch it on.

Here’s what happens 😎

There’s a one-time setup: add the skill file to your own Claude and switch on the ActiveCampaign connector. Then one chat, with printed directions that follow it part by part.

💬

1. Claude looks in your account and your site, asks once, and shows you the plan.

Your lists, your tags, your automations, one of your emails for your logo and your button color. Then one round of questions only you can answer: where your freebie starts, your From name, your sign-off, your join page, the tag your cart adds. Then Claude reads your free-resource page and every published post on your blog and shows you the plan: which email goes out when, and where every button points. You never type a lesson link.

✉️

2. Claude writes every email, and you say yes.

Every email in reading order, the subject and the whole body, written from your real pages and posts, in your voice: your logo at the top, plain text, one button in your brand color. Change anything in plain words and Claude rewrites it; your phrases go in and the rules stay. Nothing is loaded until you say yes.

🏗️

3. Claude builds it in your ActiveCampaign account, switched off, and checks its own work.

Every email loaded into your account, then the two automations: the one that nurtures, and the one that welcomes a new member and stops their lesson emails. Both arrive Inactive. With you signed in to ActiveCampaign in Claude’s browser pane, Claude finishes every step and reads every one back. You see a test email on your own phone. Then, on your yes, Active. Claude never sends a campaign.

That’s it. Just follow it. It works.

Then you sign up on your own page with an address of your own and watch the week arrive: your first name right, your reply landing in your business inbox, and after your test purchase the welcome and no more lesson emails. Every post you publish after that takes the next Monday: one message, Use the activecampaign-email-engine skill. Add my new posts to my emails.

Every weekly email lands on a Monday, in the reader’s own time zone, after the first week of emails is over, and never on a Tuesday.

Every email listed for your yes: week one, every Monday, the new member; beside it every email loaded into ActiveCampaign, switched off; and the welcome as a flow
Every email listed for your yes: week one, every Monday, the new member; beside it every email loaded into ActiveCampaign, switched off; and the welcome as a flow

The plan and the words

Every email, in order, for your yes. Then into ActiveCampaign, switched off.

A week of emails after the sign-up, written to be opened: the lesson they asked for, the places on your site worth knowing, more lessons, and the invitation to join. Then one blog post a week, every Monday, for as long as you have posts.

  • Your logo, plain text and one button. The one piece of design is the button that opens the lesson, in your brand color.
  • The Monday email is made of the post, so it reads like the post, not like a blurb about it.
  • The Monday email sends readers to your blog on purpose. A visit to your site is a visit the ad platforms can see, so later you can run ads to the people who already read your emails.
  • Nothing dated, so it runs all year, and the join ask comes round on its own.

What the emails are built from: your free-resource page, your published posts (the whole post, not a summary, read from WordPress’s own listing or straight from your Kajabi blog), your prices and trial words, what members get, and your sign-off. Every email is read back from ActiveCampaign after it is loaded.

The two automations

Two automations, one tag, every step read back from ActiveCampaign.

The nurture automation starts where your freebie already starts: the list your form subscribes to, the tag it adds, or the ActiveCampaign form itself. A member who grabs a freebie is never sold the membership. The member automation fires when your cart adds its tag: out of the lessons, the welcome, and a check-in a few days later.

  • Your freebie’s own delivery email stays. If something of yours already sends the resource the moment someone signs up, the engine leaves it alone.
  • Your own member automation, if you have one, is pointed at the new engine instead, and Claude builds no second welcome.
  • Every step is finished and read back, with you signed in, so nothing sits as a draft that sends nothing.
  • Every post gets its Monday, and Claude checks the chain back.

Claude never adds a tag to a real contact, never subscribes anyone, never sends or schedules a campaign, and never presses Delete in your account. Anything built for a test carries TEST in its name, and you delete it.

👋🏼 Hi, I’m Jeff Twiddy

What you get for $147

  • The ActiveCampaign Email Engine skill file, to add to your own Claude. One file, added once.
  • Click-by-click directions, eleven pages: the message to send, every part in order, what every email should say when you check it, the clicks Claude makes in ActiveCampaign’s builder with you signed in, how you switch the automations on, the test with a real sign-up, how a new post gets its Monday, and a trouble table.
  • Three short lessons: add the skill, build your ActiveCampaign email engine, coming back later.
  • My 52 Week Nurture System course, the two videos behind the whole thing: the system itself, and the ActiveCampaign walkthrough. In your library the moment you buy.
  • Use it on every membership you have, and every time you publish new posts, as often as you like. No per-email fee.

From the build:

  • The nurture automation: the week after the sign-up, then one blog post every Monday for a year, with the join ask where it belongs, in the reader’s own time zone
  • The member automation on your cart’s tag: out of the lessons, the welcome, the check-in
  • The Lead tag, and every email in your voice: your logo at the top, plain text, one button in your brand color, your sign-off, the first name with a fallback
  • Your notes beside your files: the spec, the plan, the approved words and which post holds which Monday, so the next posts are one message

Don’t take my word for it.

Shelly built her membership with these skills, in under a week. Missy, Chelsea, Lyndsey and the others built theirs with me, the long way. This is what they say.

A post from Shelly, a teacher seller who built her membership with the skills, shown with her name and photo. It says: If you have been thinking about a membership and don't know how to get started, I highly suggest checking out Jeff Twiddy's Walk-Away Number Challenge. I was fortunate enough to test out his new Claude-driven system for setting up a membership, and let me just say, O.M.G.! I cannot believe how amazing and functional my site turned out! Jeff helped me create my membership site for teachers in under one week.

Jeff helped me create my membership site for teachers in under one week. This normally would have taken me (or anyone else) weeks longer to complete. I now have a working membership site, complete with branding colors, beautiful graphics, checkout pages, order add-ons, purchase order set-up for schools, and excellent functionality! With everything uncertain in our business world, it has been so helpful and nice to have a ready-to-go system for building my membership and moving forward with my mission of helping and supporting 4th and 5th grade teachers.

(I'm planning to launch my own membership in the next 2 weeks. Yay!! Just need to use his templates now to get my emails scheduled and launch planned. So excited!)

A comment from Missy Davis, a teacher seller Jeff coached. It says: I still have mild PTSD from building my membership every day for 8 hours plus a day for 60 days....these people do not know how easy they are getting this! I would have happily paid $997 for this!

✅ What you need before you buy

Four things. The first one is the one to check: this skill builds in ActiveCampaign. Your blog can be on WordPress or on Kajabi. If your emails go out from Kajabi, the Kajabi version is a separate skill.

📨

An ActiveCampaign account, with a freebie that already starts there

Your opt-in form puts a new sign-up on an ActiveCampaign list, adds a tag, or is an ActiveCampaign form. That is where the engine starts, so a Kit, Mailchimp, Flodesk or Kajabi list will not do; this skill builds in ActiveCampaign only. Your emails go out from your own account, with ActiveCampaign’s sender line and unsubscribe link in the footer.

🔗

A free-resource page and a blog with at least one published post, on WordPress or on Kajabi

The Monday emails are your blog posts, one email each, made of the post, and a site with no post has no Monday email, so the skill stops and says so. One post is enough to begin; four or more is a good start. Claude asks which one your blog is on and reads from that one: WordPress’s own public listing, with no plugin and no login, or your Kajabi site through the Kajabi connector. Your free-resource page is the page with the form on it, and its lesson page is where the files are.

⚙️

A membership with a join page, and the tag your cart adds

Your sales page or trial page with its prices, and the tag ThriveCart (or whatever you sell with) adds in ActiveCampaign when someone joins. That tag starts the welcome and stops the lesson emails. Deadline Funnel? Have the link that carries the deadline ready. Claude reads your From name and reply-to from your existing emails and asks for a yes, because replies go there.

🖥️

A paid Claude plan, the Claude desktop app on a Mac or Windows computer, and your sign-in

Claude is the AI assistant that does the work. Any paid plan works: Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise. It reads your site, writes the emails and loads them through the ActiveCampaign connector, then finishes them in a browser pane inside the app, with you signed in to ActiveCampaign. A phone or a Chromebook will not do the build. Claude never types a password, never presses Delete, and never signs up on your pages with made-up people.

💵 Claude is its own bill.

This skill doesn’t include a Claude plan. Check Claude’s prices at claude.com/pricing. ActiveCampaign is its own account too, with its own price, at activecampaign.com.

Nothing goes live from Claude that you did not say yes to: every email is shown to you first, both automations arrive Inactive, Claude clicks Active only on your yes after you have seen a test email, and it never deletes anything in your ActiveCampaign account.

Who’s behind this

I was a high school math teacher for 13 years and a head football coach. Then I built and sold multiple multi-million dollar curriculum businesses.

I’ve helped over 1,000 teacher sellers build real businesses beyond TPT: memberships, automated funnels, profitable ads, and recurring revenue that doesn’t depend on any algorithm.

This skill does the part of a membership that turns a freebie into a member: the week of emails after the sign-up and the lesson every Monday after that, in ActiveCampaign, the way my own first memberships ran on WordPress. I test everything I teach in my own business, so when it gets into your hands, it already works.

The list you paid to build should hear from you every week.

The inbox, the emails, the blog and the automations shown on this page are drawings made in October 2026 to show the skill, not screenshots. Cedar Ridge Science is a made-up seller (not a real store), and its lessons, emails, prices and numbers are made up too. ActiveCampaign’s connector, its campaigns and its automation builder were checked on a real ActiveCampaign account in October 2026 and can change. This is the ActiveCampaign version of the Email Engine, for a blog on WordPress or on Kajabi; the version whose emails go out from Kajabi is a separate skill. Claude is made by Anthropic. ActiveCampaign, WordPress, Kajabi and Anthropic are separate companies and separate accounts, and none of them sponsors or endorses this skill. Teacher Seller School is not affiliated with or endorsed by TPT (Teachers Pay Teachers).
