A skill is a set of directions you add to your own Claude. This one has Claude put a Dropbox folder of your files into your Kajabi course: it reads the folder and the course, shows you what is new, changed or missing, then uploads, attaches, names and orders every file on the right lesson and swaps in the changed ones. What you need:
- A paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise) and the Claude desktop app on a Mac or Windows computer, with the Kajabi and Dropbox connectors switched on.
- A Kajabi account with the course already made, even an empty one. Claude fills a course; it does not build a membership from scratch.
- Your files in one Dropbox folder: a folder per unit, a folder per lesson inside it, the lesson's files inside that, named the way members should read them. A free Dropbox account works.
- Good to know: Claude uploads through Kajabi's own upload window in its built-in browser, so you sign in to Kajabi there once a sitting. Each file passes one link through the chat, so a few hundred files is an afternoon and you choose how much to do each time.
- Pictures are not included. A lesson with no picture shows a gray box; The Mockup Builder Skill makes them.
Claude keeps your course in step with your folder: new files uploaded and put on the right lesson under the right name in the right order, changed files swapped in everywhere they are used, missing modules and lessons created as drafts, old versions listed for you to delete. Claude shows you the sync report and uploads nothing until you say yes.
