Schools rarely pay with a card. A principal asks for a quote, gets a purchase order approved, and the business office pays an invoice. This skill has an AI named Claude build that path on your Kajabi site: a Purchase Orders page, two forms, and the email that sends each quote by itself.
A skill is a set of directions you add to your own Claude. This one turns Claude into your funnel builder. You answer seven questions and approve the words. Claude builds the page, the forms, the thank-you page and the email.

Say your yearly plan is $149 and a school has 12 teachers. That’s $1,788 in one purchase order, paid by a business office, instead of twelve teachers deciding one at a time with their own cards. Schools buy this way all the time. Most teacher sellers never set it up, because nobody showed them the paperwork.

Your price for one teacher for one year, and any rule for small or big orders. The reply address, the name that signs the email, the name on the PO. When teacher accounts open: once the approved PO and the list arrive, or only after the invoice is paid. Whether you offer a W-9. Purchase orders are for your yearly plan only. A school cannot pay month by month with a PO, and the page, the questions and the email all say so.

After the form
The quote sends itself. PO day takes about fifteen minutes.
When either form is sent, Kajabi emails the school its quote: the school’s name, the number of teachers and the total, with a request for the approved purchase order and the name and email address of each teacher. Nothing for you to type.
- The school replies with its PO and its teacher list, to the address you read on school days
- You send the invoice, from Kajabi if you use Kajabi Payments, or your own
- Claude checks the teacher list and makes the import file. You import it into Kajabi in eight clicks, and every teacher gets your yearly plan in one go
- You write down when the year ends. Kajabi starts and stops nothing by itself, so Claude keeps each school’s end date in your notes
The day a school sends a PO, pays, adds a teacher, loses one, or ends its year, you open the second set of directions and start a new chat. Claude reads its notes and goes from there. Nobody loses a membership by surprise: you do the clicks, and only after you say yes that day.
