The cancel button is the most expensive button on your site. 😩
You paid to get every member: the ads, the freebie, the sales page, the emails. Then one Tuesday a teacher’s grade changes, or a card expires, or summer comes, and they click Cancel subscription. Kajabi’s screen asks nothing, offers nothing, and sends nothing afterwards. A member who might have paused for a month is gone for good, and you find out when the month’s number is lower.

A membership makes its money in month four, in year two, in year three. This is the part of the build that protects that money: it catches a member on the way out, and it brings back the ones who only needed a break.

Here’s what happens 😎
There’s a one-time setup: add the skill file to your own Claude and switch on the Kajabi connector. Then one chat, with printed directions that follow it part by part.

1. Claude says back what your membership is, and you decide the saves.
Claude reads the notes from your membership build, or asks for them, and asks you the few questions only you can answer. Then you make the calls that are yours: what to offer a member on the way out, and what to say to one who already left.

2. Claude writes every email, and you say yes.
Every email in plain text, in order, written from your real membership: the units coming, your price, the time saved. Change a word and Claude rewrites it. The two Kajabi screens Claude cannot click, it opens for you with every word ready to type. Nothing is loaded until you say yes.

3. Claude builds it in your Kajabi account, as drafts, and checks its own work.
The pages in your brand, the members-only links, the tags and the automations. Claude reads each one back from Kajabi and compares it with what it built, then gives you the links to publish, in order. You publish. Claude never presses Publish.
That’s it. Just follow it. It works.
Then you sign in as a member, walk the pages the way a member would, and cancel. Claude checks what followed. The directions have the member test click by click, and the habits that keep churn low afterwards.
Every automation is a draft until you publish it, so nothing fires before you are ready.
The two pages
Two pages that ask them to stay. The cancel is never hidden.
Page 1 asks “Are you sure you want to go?” and gives them a reason to stay that is true for your membership. Page 2 gives them another, and an honest how-to-cancel card. Then Kajabi’s own screen offers the pause, the save offer and the reasons.
- The direct way to cancel is written on both pages. The pages persuade and never trick, and a member’s billing page is one click away. Several states and countries have click-to-cancel rules, and this funnel keeps the cancel one click from both pages.
- Your reasons, your words. The reasons teachers give land in Kajabi’s cancellation report, a free survey every month. Your personal message is on that screen too.
- Members reach the pages from a footer link only they can see. Nobody else knows the pages exist.
What the pages are built from: your membership notes, the units coming next, your real reviews and your brand kit. You look at both pages before they are published.
The emails
Ten automations send the right email at the right moment. Every word approved by you first.
Up to fourteen emails, in plain text, each one written from your real membership: from the moment a member clicks cancel to the day they come back, and the moments in between that most memberships never notice.
- Nobody who stays gets a cancel email by mistake. A member who comes back, fixes the card or upgrades drops out before the next send.
- Built as drafts, read back, compared. Claude reads every automation back from Kajabi and compares it with what it built. Then you publish, in the order it gives you.
- The welcome-back code is a real Kajabi coupon you make from the words Claude gives you.
- The monthly scoreboard. Each month Claude reads Kajabi’s real numbers and writes one line: active members, new, cancelled, churn, MRR, and what a member is worth. It never makes a number up.

A paid Claude plan and the Claude desktop app on a Mac or Windows computer
Claude is the AI assistant that does the work. Any paid plan works: Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise. It reads your membership and builds the pages and the automations through the Kajabi connector, and opens Kajabi’s Settings page and the coupon for you in its built-in browser, which is why it needs the desktop app. A phone or a Chromebook will not do it. On Team or Enterprise, your admin may need to turn on skills and connectors first.

Published subscription offers, a sales page, and members who pay by card. Kajabi’s pause and save offer are Kajabi’s own settings and run on Kajabi Payments. PayPal subscriptions cannot pause, though the pages, the tags and the emails still work. Fifteen minutes of your own clicks, and your Publish
Kajabi’s Settings page and the coupon are two screens Claude cannot click. Claude opens them in its browser and gives you every word; you type and Save. Then you publish each automation, in the order Claude gives you. Claude never types a password, never presses Delete, never touches a checkout, and never presses Publish.
